Sponsor an ARMA Houston Chapter Meeting (Effective January 1, 2010)

ARMA Houston has another great way for your company to showcase its products and/or services to our membership by sponsoring one or more of our chapter lunch meetings.

There are three (3) levels of sponsorship:

1. Silver Level - $125 This level of sponsorship provides a 6’ x 3’ draped table at ARMA Houston’s monthly meeting where you may display literature promoting your goods and services. Your company’s name will be announced during the meeting and included in all publicity/announcements for the meeting. You will receive one complimentary lunch.

2. Gold Level - $250 In addition to the above, you will also be allotted five (5) minutes to address our membership during the meeting to discuss your company.

3. Platinum Level - $450 This premium level will allow you to take advantage of all the benefits listed above at TWO (2) meetings. In addition, you will be provided two complimentary lunches at your sponsored meetings.

There may be more than one sponsor of a given meeting. However there will be no "competing" sponsor. For example, if your company specializes in imaging services, there will be no other imaging service company sponsoring the same meeting.

A vendor may sponsor multiple lunch meetings during one calendar year. However, sponsorships cannot be purchased for consecutive months. (For example, if a vendor sponsors the January meeting, they will not be able to sponsor the February meeting. The next opportunity for that vendor to sponsor a meeting would be in March.) Platinum sponsors will be able to designate any two non-consecutive months, assuming no competing sponsor conflicts.
