Rose-Hulman Faculty and Staff Dining Meal Plans 2016-2017 Overview Meal Plans are available to the members of the Rose-Hulman Faculty and Staff. They can be used at the Vonderschmidt Café (All You Care to Eat for all meal periods), or the Faculty Dining Room (FDR for lunch service). Faculty and Staff Meal Plans offer convenience and savings on each meal purchased.

Rosie Dollars Rosie Dollars can be added to a meal plan or purchased separately. Rosie Dollars are used like cash at the various dining locations. You will receive an additional 10% bonus dollars with each purchase of Rosie Dollars. Unused Rosie Dollars will remain in your account until such time as you separate from Rose-Hulman.

Balances less than $25 will be forfeited. Refunds of balances greater than $25 will be issued if requested in writing within 90 days after separation from Rose-Hulman. Written requests should be submitted to the Student Financial Services office. All refund requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Balances remaining past 90 days after separation will be forfeited.

Unused Meals Employees that separate from the institute, may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused meal swipes based on actual plan usage subject to a $25 administrative fee.

How to purchase a meal plan on-line: (provides you immediate access to your meal plan)  Log-in to your Banner Web account using your RHIT network username and password.  Select the CASHNet Tab  Select the Faculty/Staff Meal Plan Purchase link.  There you can choose from the plans offered.  At checkout you will have the option to pay by electronic check at no additional cost. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.75% convenience fee will be added to your transaction. This will provide you immediate access to your meal plan. NOTE: If you prefer to pay by a personal check or cash rather than on-line, you will need to go to the Student Financial Services office to select your plan and make your payment. There may be a delay in processing.

How to add Rosie Dollars to your RHIT ID card: (you can also download the CBORD GET mobile app to your phone)  Go to get.cbord.com/rose-hulman  Login using your RHIT network username and password  Select the Add Funds from the Quick Links menu.  Payments are only accepted by credit or debit card and are subject to a 2.75% convenience at checkout.  You will have immediate access to the funds added to your account.  This allows you to use your ID card like cash at all of our dining locations.  The GET site also allows you to view the remaining balance in your meal plan and/or Rosie Dollar accounts and the ability to review your recent transactions.
