Notes: 1 This may also be James Pike, listed as sharing an account with Ambrose Warren (perhaps Senior). Note Ambrose Warren Jr. of said Ambrose Warren Sr. above married (ca. 1849-50) a Martha Pike (b. ca. 1831 Tickle Harbour), either a half-sister or first cousin of (John) Richard Pike (b. ca. 1828 Tickle Habour). This said James Pike is distinct from James (or Jacobus) Pike, b. ca. 1865 Tickle Harbour, son of (John) Richard Pike & Catherine Lynch, both of Tickle Harbour, T.B.. This James Pike shared an account with his father-in-law James McCarthy dated Sep 5, 1890 [Source: Grieve & Bremner Trinity, Barter Book, 1893-1899 Maritime History Archives, MUN Accession #:2.08.007]. Note that James Pike shared an account with John Lynch, adoptive father of Mary Lynch, raised by an Indian woman of Cape Norman, near Quirpon, bapt. Nov. 27, 1857 (Bonavista-Trinity RC parish registers)

2 This is presumably the same Jacobus/Jacobo Pike listed in various parish registers, notably HGRC & Whitbourne RC, b. ca. 1819 Tickle Harbour.
