It emphasizes the implementation and evaluation phases of the nursing process. Students further develop planning and research based nursing management strategies in collaboration with clients and their families. Students become more systematic in evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions and formulate questions that serve as a basis for future research studies.

Course Objectives Percentage Integrate situational/ contextual variables in the identification of nursing 15% diagnoses encountered with clients-families with acute health disruptions. Develop integrative approach for the examination of validity and 20% reliability of nursing diagnoses in acute care settings.

Design advanced nursing strategies based on theoretical models and 20% current research findings for clients-families with acute health disruptions. Analyze the effects of physiological, ethical, technological, and 20% political variables on the utilization of specific advanced nursing interventions. Examine the potential efficacy and cost-effectiveness of selected 15% nursing interventions to promote the wellbeing of acute ill clients and their families.

Develop appropriate skills necessary for professional writing and 10% publications.
