Fairfield Prep Junior Pre-College Interview Worksheet
The Junior College Interview is an important component in the College Advising Process at Fairfield Prep. Completing this questionnaire allows your counselor the opportunity to get to know you better in preparation for the Junior Interview. Your accurate and candid responses will not only steer the interview, they will also provide valuable information for your counselor to note when writing a college recommendation for you in the fall of senior year. Please answer the following questions honestly, accurately and completely. The questionnaire should be submitted as you schedule an interview with your counselor. Interviews can be scheduled through Mrs. Bernier, Guidance Assistant, in Arrupe Hall room 101. Thank You, Mr. Hutchinson (A – K) and Mr. Hanrahan (L – Z).
