Application procedure and application form

How to apply for INVOGE

Step 1. Contact the coordinator at one of the four universities.

Step 2. Decide on a rough masters plan, setting out the preferred mobility schedule (See Masters planning table below). This is just a first step plan and can be changed later.

Step 3. Contact a possible masters project supervisor (after consultation with coordinators), and define possible master thesis project fields.

Step 4. Complete the application form.

Step 5. The INVOGE Commission will consider you application and make a decision*

Step 6. If accepted, you will sign a contract to ensure your INVOGE plan and acquire the finance

Step 7. Complete normal registration at the home university.

*Remember: if not accepted on the INVOGE program there are plenty of other exciting mobility options at all the four universities, plus their own high quality individual masters plans.

Dates and Deadlines

Application DEADLINE: Applications should be sent to the INVOGE coordinators before 15 April

(late applications may be accepted if funding is available)

Result of applications will be published: No later than 1 May 2010

Deadline for INVOGE masters registration (contract signing): 30 June 2010

Deadline for registration at home university (depends on each university – contact coordinator for advice)

Start of Mobility: This depends on each individual plan, but may commence as soon as the registration at the home university is completed.
