Format: Excel Spreadsheet Purpose: Create and manage multiple teacher evaluation within one spreadsheet Summary: This Classroom Teacher Rating Tool provides a resource to facilitate the entry of multiple measures associated with a classroom teacher's performance rating. This Classroom Teacher Rating Tool as allows for multiple classroom teachers’ performance rating within one Excel workbook and the ability to print multiple records. The tool is formatted as multiple worksheets (tabs) for viewing records and printing records, which can be printed for signature. All classroom teachers’ performance rating values are entered within the Data (tab) layout. Data will be automatically transferred to a View Record (tab) layout allowing for viewing and printing records. The Print (tab) layout is used to view and or print classroom teacher's summary form.

Evaluation Key Features: Macro Enabled: Spreadsheet contains macros to preform function; select Enable Macros when you launch the spreadsheet Spreadsheet Tabs:

Design Color: Shading of Columns (Purple, Blue, Red, Green) matches Teacher Effectiveness System Pie Chart  Purple: Observation/Practice  Blue: Building Level Data  Red: Teacher Specific Data  Green: Elective Data

Icons: Eye open and closed allows one to view and hide columns.

Observation and Practice Score Not using a component within the rating tool and want to apply the Observation and Practice Score to that area. In front of each area there is a column to enter an “x” if Observation and Practice score should be used: See image ……………………………..
