<p> Evaluation Tool Features </p><p>Format: Excel Spreadsheet Purpose: Create and manage multiple teacher evaluation within one spreadsheet Summary: This Classroom Teacher Rating Tool provides a resource to facilitate the entry of multiple measures associated with a classroom teacher's performance rating. This Classroom Teacher Rating Tool as allows for multiple classroom teachers’ performance rating within one Excel workbook and the ability to print multiple records. The tool is formatted as multiple worksheets (tabs) for viewing records and printing records, which can be printed for signature. All classroom teachers’ performance rating values are entered within the Data (tab) layout. Data will be automatically transferred to a View Record (tab) layout allowing for viewing and printing records.
