 What kind of star is it?

o Examples: main sequence stars (like our sun and dwarf stars), super giants, giants, etc.

 What is its “Brightness” measure?

 To what constellation or asterism does it belong (that is, where is it located)?

 What is the historical importance of the star – did ancient cultures have beliefs connected to the star? Where does its name come from (Greek, Arabic, etc.)?

 When can it be seen from the northern hemisphere?  What else do we know about the star?

o Do we know if it has planets?

o Is it in a region of star formation
