The South West Regional Championship for the Civil Service Archery Association.

Date: Friday 20th July 2012. Venue: Cheltenham Civil Service Club, Assembly: 0945hrs Judges: Martin Iles and Ken Martin. Lady Paramount: TBA

You are invited to compete in the Civil Service Regional Championship to determine the Lady and Gentleman Champions of the South West. The recurve champions and runners-up will be chosen to make a team of four, and the compound champions and runners-up will be chosen to make a team of three for the National Championship to be held in September. (Note: Compound archers as well as recurve archers are eligible for funding to the National Championship).

All archers must be affiliated to GNAS and GNAS Rules of Shooting will apply. Details will be shot in ends of six arrows Visitors are welcome, and separate medals will be presented, depending on numbers.

Entry Fee: £8.50 per archer. Send entry forms with cheques made payable to: CS South West Archery. To = Mr A Parker, 21 Eldon Rd, Cheltenham, Glos. GL52 6TX. Rounds: York/Hereford Medals according to entries. There are trophies for the Lady and Gentlemen Recurve CSSC Regional Champion, and Gentlemen Compound CSSC Regional Champion. There is also a team trophy for 3 members from one Area/Dept (max. of 1 Hereford score and 1 compound score) Last date of entry 15th July 2012. Please note if you wish to take photographs you must inform the Tournament Organizer on the day and sign the official form. Refreshments: Complementary tea and coffee will be available during the morning and afternoon break, and the bar will be open during the lunchtime and in the evening.
