DALE’S REPORTS – BIKE has been donated by Tower Clock Eye Center (PETE’S GARAGE) CANNONDALE QUICK 8 PATTI PAPE has agreed to take on the RAFFLE project (Lenore & Brian will help) JERSEYS – Dale is meeting with Mt Borah people on Thursday We discussed logo, cost, ordering, etc. More to follow No logos on back pockets-SHAWANO PATHWAYS LOGO ON SLEEVE MATTY will make appropriate changes on brochure with NANCY SCHULTZ On our website, people can order jerseys directly from Mt. Borah (BRAD LIKES THAT!)

WATER BOTTLES by TWIGS – sample shown no additional label but perhaps something identifying us or place for name? MATTY will ask for 400. (Did so on 3/9) THANK GOODNESS FOR JAIME’S STORAGE AREA!! 400 bottles will take up room! **ADULT wrist bands fit perfectly!! Maybe a tie-dye with BTBQ & room to write their name? ‘GARAGE QUILTS’ report – (better name than mid-quilts) 17 confirmed so far on the new 17 mile route with more possibilities Thanks to MIKE KROENKE, ED GRYS, TOM THOMAS, & JORDAN OPPERMAN for contacts/purchases THANKS FOR MARK & BARBARA MADER for purchasing a ‘garage quilt!” **UPDATE – Raddant’s will be purchasing a garage quilt!

BROCHURE – draft was passed around and edits made NANCY & MATTY will make changes and send it to printers, as well as more business cards **FRIDAY, we made changes & ordered 1000 brochures & 7000 business cards (2 styles) And DONATION REQUEST POSTCARDS PROMOTIONAL EVENTS-see end of minutes **next month – complete promo events for June & July

ST PATTY’S DAY PARADE – sign up sheet passed around. MIKE KROENKE took those names, business cards, poles and signs He will connect with GREG STURM THANKS EVERYONE WHO IS PARTICIPATING!!

MAP REPORT - JAIME We worked on route descriptions and placements of business cards for new maps. MATTY will draw up a draft of the route descriptions. JAIME will continue to work on business sponsor ads with Tyler GREG will read over the first draft and polish GREG & ? will work on 5k route soon.

SUNDROP DAYZ – JUNE 2-3 We would have a booth on Saturday ONLY, perhaps serving FRUIT KABOBS & TRAIL MIX NANCY BK will provide us with recipe options for trail mix We can order items through Angie We’ll need canopy, banner, cash, cash box, cooler, gloves, OUR BIKE!! Raffle tickets, Info on BTBQ and PEDAL AND PADDLE, SHAWANO PATHWAYS maybe a jersey? Would be good to have a BTBQ/SP sticker on each of the trail mix bags MATTY & NANCY **We have leftover magnets-can they be used for something? MATTY will notify Wendy Crawford that we’ve committed to the event ** put on next month’s agenda for planning, work schedule, food preparation, pr, set-up, etc **cannot find the sign-up sheet, so I just put everyone down (smile)

BUSINESS ADDRESSES- We have addresses for the Chamber members, but not others BECKY BETZNER has compiled a list for Bonduel, Pulaski & Cecil? This data-base will be very helpful for future projects as well as our BTBQ HUGE JOB!! SO THANK YOU BECKY, JAIME & JOHN Abendroth!! **update next month

MATT HENDRICKS from Park and Rec Department spoke about the parks referendum NANCY BK will bring the 12 yard signs to our Pathways meeting next week. Encourage friends, neighbors and relatives to vote for this project!!
