WIN-202 System

Summary of Changes

DOLWIN-267 (See accompanying “DOLWIN-267.docx” spec in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file) Update the ARS Web Load procedure to correctly set the response code for non-new England states when there is no NAICS code change. Also, set the Response Code to 31 if the Town or County is blank or “?”, do not load the blanks, and indicate this issue in the exceptions report.

DOLWIN-269 (See accompanying “DOLWIN-269.docx” spec in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file) A new “Listing” report has been added to WIN:

Choosing this option (and clicking the “Run Selected Report” button) will prompt the user for the following pieces of information:

1. 3rd month employment greater than or equal to a user-defined number 2. Panel number (00 = Accounts included in normal ARS email and mailings, 01 – 04 = smaller sample panels) 3. MEEI Codes (all or a combination) WIN-202 System – Version 10.2.16.08 System Changes Page 1 of 5 WIN-202 System

The user must choose at least one panel and one MEEI code. To choose more than one, the user should hold the “CTRL” key down while selecting multiple panels and then the same for the MEEI Codes.

The output file can be created in two formats: 1. Pipe-delimited: This will be a CSV file using the pipe (|) as the delimiter as there are often commas and semi-colons in the data. 2. Fixed / Column Format: This is the column-formatted type output that many other outputs use today. Along with the update to the Response Code descriptions, two existing reports will no longer be available in the list of Reports. The two “Forms” reports listed below have been removed as they are no longer needed with Central Mailing:

DOLWIN-271 (See accompanying “DOLWIN-271.docx” spec in the “SPEC Documentation” folder in this zip file) The Response File Load will now allow ARS records to be updated that have a Response Code of 63 on the record already.

DOLWIN-274 There were several places/shortcuts in the WIN application that pointed to a web page for help. That web page (http://www.win-202.org) is no longer valid. All shortcuts should be pointing to http://www.maine.gov/labor/lmis/win-202/. Also, an option was added to display the current application software version. This option is available from the main screen under the “About” menu option:
