(a.i.1.b) for 10 years students have responded to surveys saying that the #1 need for students is access to fitness for Spokane students

(a.i.1.c) 800-900 students only take classes in Spokane, which is an understatement

(a.i.1.d) Cheney is far for Spokane students with other priorities for school

(a.i.1.e) Brought 3 different options to fitness memberships

(a.i.1.e.i) One proposal is similar to WSU’s system

(a.i.2.c) Only 2 people doing the job of many different positions, in need of more staff so they can achieve these goals.
