FINAL PAVING NOTICE

Belmont Glen Village Julia Street

September 25-28, 2015

Dear Homeowners:

Starting on Friday, September 25th and/or on Monday, the 28th, the Developer’s contractors will complete the final paving with new asphalt topping of the streets within Belmont Glen Village noted in the enclosure. We need your assistance to make this operation run smoothly.

Please have any vehicles moved off of the street’s asphalt in front of your homes each morning by 7 AM. Please have any basketball goals in front of your homes pulled back from the street’s paved areas. On your specified trash and recycling days, please place your containers on the grass medial strips in front of your homes. Basically, we need unimpeded access to the street’s asphalt areas for the days we are working. If vehicles are still in the asphalt areas, we will be forced to tow them to an area that is not in the construction work zone.

You will have continued access to your homes throughout the process. Deliveries can still be scheduled. Crews from Virginia Paving will be on site daily to direct traffic in and out of the areas they are working. It will be a slight inconvenience, but the results of your efforts will be well worth it, “newly paved streets”. Once the new pavement is laid, take care when turning sharply or stopping quickly until the asphalt cools down after a few days. Also, take care when walking on the new asphalt and entering your home as the oils from the new asphalt can be tracked onto your floors by you and your family.

The dates are a bit flexible due to any weather we may get between now and project completion. During the paving operation, weather can also delay the topping operation. Therefore, we have scheduled the two day time frame for the completion of the entire operation. The contractors will stop work at 5 PM or 6 PM.

If you have any questions, you can contact me via email at [email protected] or by cell at 571-220-3412.

Thank you for your cooperation,
