1.4 Terms of payment

1. Definition of Terms The following terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the meaning as set forth below :  Buyer means Siemens Ltd., Korea.  Seller means any person or any organization and its representative that furnish goods and/or services related that goods.

2. Price and Payment Condition Price shown in the Purchase Order are firm and fixed for the duration of the Purchase Order unless otherwise noted. 100 % payment for the Purchase Order value shall be paid by sixty(60) days of promissory note after delivery.

3. Delivery Condition Seller shall deliver goods and/or services to Buyers requested place at site(Anyang) condition according to incoterms 1990 with suitable packing.

4. Liquidated Damages for Late Shipment In the event of any liquidated damages or any late shipment, Seller will be liable 0.1% per day to be applied to the value of goods/services, which are up to a maximum amount of 5% of the total Purchase Order value. As the result of the liquidated damages, Siemens Ltd is entitled to deduct liquidated damages from any payment to the Seller.

5. Warranty In case the goods and/or services for a main contractor, warranty condition will be applied the main contractors warranty condition, but any case a minimum twelve(12) months warranty is given for all parts supplied and labor performance by the Seller or under the sellers supervisions.

General Terms and Conditions for Contract F

2. Price and Payment Condition Price shown in the Purchase Order are firm and fixed for the duration of the Purchase Order unless otherwise noted. 10 % payment for the Purchase Order value shall be paid by ninety(90) days of promissory note after contract 80 % payment for the Purchase Order value shall be paid by ninety(90) days of promissory note after delivery. 10 % payment for the Purchase Order value shall be paid by ninety(90) days of promissory note after start-up

3. Delivery Condition Seller shall deliver goods and/or services to Buyers requested place at site(Jin Chun) condition according to incoterms 1990 with suitable packing.

4. Performance Bond Seller shall establish a performance bond in favor of Siemens Ltd. in the form of irrevocable clean credit, certified check or bank guarantee in an amount of not less than 10% of the Purchase Order value.

6. OTHERS F 1. VACUUM PUMP SYSTEM INSTALLATION a) 펌프패키지 프레임의 밑면이 설치위치의 콘크리트 기초접면과 80%이상 접하도록 해야 하며 수평이 되도록 한다.(진동관련 중요함) b) 펌프 입구측의 배관은 허용하중과 모멘트(6. OTHERS 참조)를 고려하여 설치 하며 배관지지대를 가능한 펌프에서 가까운 곳에 위치 시키고 플렉시블 조인트를 사용

하여 배관의 하중과 펌프의 진동을 각각 분리 고립 시킨다. c) Separator출구의 배관지지는 배관하중이 출구플랜지에 최소화 되도록 가능한 플랜지 에서 가까운 곳에 한다. d) 콘크리트 바닥에 기초볼트 위치를 표시후 패키지를 이동시키고 드릴작업을 한다. e) 패키지 플러싱후 펌프입구측 배관조립시 Start-up strainer, Non-return valve, 연결배관 순으로 임시 체결을 한다.단. 공정배관이 미완성시는 연결배관대신 테스트 플랜지를 연결한다. f) Control panel내 Electric Over Current Relay와 Motor 의 최대허용Current를 조정하고 Manual Mode로 설정한다. g) 급수밸브와 Strainer를 설치하고 급수관과 연결한다.(전기는 공급하지 않는다) h) Pump, Separator와 Heat exchanger 드레인을 확인하고 배수구위치까지 투명배관 또는 드레인양이 확인 될 수 있도록 한다. i) Separator 드레인 플러그를 푼후 급수 밸브를 열어 내부를 청소한다. 플러그를 닫는 다. j) Heat exchanger 드레인 플러그를 푼후 급수밸브를 열어 충분히 물이 드레인 되도록 한후 닫는다. k) 펌프의 드레인 플러그를 푼후 급수밸브를 열어 충분히 드레인 되도록 한후 닫는다. l) Separator내 적정수위의 일정한 유지를 확인한 후 급수밸브를 열어 Overflow가 연속 적인 물방울 형태로 드레인 되도록 조절한다. m) Control Panel 의 해당 펌프의 시동버튼을 누른다. n) 나머지 펌프도 동일한 방법으로 수행한다. o) 각펌프가 배관을 통한 최대공정 진공부하(흡입유량 최대 및 최대진공압)를 충분한 시간동안 수행후 Start-up strainer를 제거하고 Non-return valve는 valve내의 고정나사 를 용접한후 재 설치 한다.
