OUR PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR THE EVENT

SATURDAY : Welcoming from 10.30am onwards at the hall Coffee and Tea available upon arrival Bus to tour the settlement and if requested will stop at points of interest for those on board. It is envisaged the bus may be required to do more than one run.

Light Lunch catered for. The bus will continue touring throughout the afternoon as necessary

AFTERNOON TEA : Catered for

EVENING : NOTHING PLANNED

SUNDAY : 11.00am Gallipoli Tree to be Planted Detailed Plaque Map of the Settlement to be unveiled A Reading of the History of the Battle of Paschendale

LUNCH : Catered for --- back at the Hall --- Spit Roast / B.B. Q and Salads Desserts : Tea & Coffee

We would encourage any one with suggestions for the program to contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate your thoughts.

The Paschendale Hall will be open during the 2 days of the weekend. The Paschendale Hall has been purchased by Gay Macgibbon and Rod Parker to preserve and restore this important part of Australia’s history for future generations. If you have any photographs for display at the Hall, tables will be provided to lay your display out. We are encouraging you to pass this invitation / program on to all your family members and relatives and even your friends who may like to come along and “catch up” with old acquaintances

For catering purposes please indicate if you, your families and friends are hoping to attend
