Fees 15,000Yen/ person for RoboCuppers 2,000Yen/person for mentors and faculty members Registration Dates "CAUTION" Due dates written below are MANDATORY, we do NOT accept delay for any reason.  Pleasa register by internet to international[at]robocupjunior.jp Due date is February 20. Please specify the following information  Team Name  Participation League Name  Country  Affiliation  # of Members(# of non-students, # of students ) * Please let us know the number of members who will come to the competition.,  Name of Members (Please put'*' to team leader, and put whether student or non-student for all of members)  Corresponding email  Organizing Committee will quickly send a reply of confirmation.  Then the team leader pays the registration fees to our secretariat as below by March6.  Method of Payment Please make one payment including the registration fees of all the members under the name of a representative to the following account. Please don’t forget to add your team number and team name. All payments must be made in JPY. All charges for payments at your bank shall be covered by the participants. Any credit cards to pay the registration fees are not accepted.

"CAUTION"  Please fill out necessary information to send to committee. international[at]robocupjunior.jp  Upon confirming your registrations, all necessary documents including a letter of attendance (certificate) will be sent to you by EMS.  Your immediate action to the Japanese Embassy or counsels after you receive our documents is recommended. it takes a couple of weeks to get a visa  Unless you are not in time for getting visa, we will refund the registration fee after deducting a bank commission.
