Village of Lagrange Council Meeting Minutes Record of Proceedings March 26, 2015 Mayor Kim Strauss called the regular scheduled Council Meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. After the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was taken with Honer, Price, Gregory, Kincannon, Dill and Karpinski present.

Motion by Kincannon, seconded by Dill to approve the minutes of March 12, 2015; 6 yeas, motion passed.

Public Participation: 1. Connie Duensing, a representative from the Veterans came to discuss the underservicing to Veterans residing in the Village. She asked for suggestions from Council on how to reach the Veterans about the services available to them. Council suggested signs by the fire station, flyers that could be posted around town as well as on the Village website and Facebook page, even possibly in the Chronicle Telegram.

Solicitor Jon Clark’s Report:

Village Administrator Walt Sukey’s Report: 1. The two new zero turn mowers have been received. 2. Mulching will begin on April 9th and yard waste pick up on April 13th. 3. Village representatives met with Denes Concrete, Poggemeyer, and Columbia Gas for the Pre- Construction Meeting for the Harmon Court project. The project is slated to begin in a couple of weeks; the residents will be notified by the contractor. Clark will be reviewing any Ordinances or Resolutions to proceed forward. He added the dedication needed to take place before the project can begin. 4. Overtime hours for the first seven pay periods were presented to Council. 5. Honer questioned the progress on the Commerce Drive drainage issues. Clark will contact Poggemeyer as it seems information is needed from Clark for them to proceed.

The Fiscal Officer presented the following bills for payment as shown on the attached list for warrants 38177 through 38213 and Electronic Payments 199-2015 through 238-2015 for a total of $103,624.11. Motion by Dill, seconded by Price; 6 yeas, motion passed.

There being no further business, motion to adjourn by Karpinski, seconded by Dill; 6 yeas; motion passed. Adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
