Terms and Conditions for Workshop Participants. Un-started (unbroken) horses and stallions may not participate in a workshop. If you want to bring a young horse (minimum age is 4) please contact Sandy directly at [email protected] with details of the horse, to request participation. You are responsible for your horse at all times. Sandy or the organiser reserve the right to turn away horses considered not to be in good health and which may be a hazard to others. Young Riders Applicants under the age of 16 will be accepted into courses by approval only and must be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult at all times.

Cancellation Should you need to cancel after paying for the workshop, it is fully refundable until 5 days prior to the workshop. Cancellation less than 5 days prior to the workshop is 50% refundable. I agree to the refund policy by initialling here: ___ In the event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser or Sandy, a full refund will be given.

Photos  Photos’ are meant to be for your personal use only, not for commercial purposes or public viewing. You are not authorized to publish or display (including Facebook , YouTube etc) any photos taken of Sandy, the staff, anyone else or anything at the Parelli workshop without written permission from Sandy and the person (or people) in the photo. Please no video cameras.  By signing this application form you agree that your photograph can be taken and used for promotional purposes by Sandy or her staff.
