In 2016, the scientific community from different countries celebrates the 120th anniversary of the birth of L.S. Vygotsky, an outstanding humanist, the Russian scientist who has made a huge contribution to the development of human socialization of science in culture and society. His understanding of the human mind, cognition, communication, and training had and continue to have an impact on the formation of the most ambitious educational projects of the XX and XXI centuries. In order to generalize the global scientific expertise, methodology of Vygotsky, the embodiment of his theory to the world of psycho-pedagogical practice of humanitarian cooperation with other countries, Rossotrudnichestvo in 2016 is holding a series of international scientific conferences and educational events in the CIS countries and abroad, dedicated to the study and implementation of cultural-historical theory of L.S. Vygotsky.
The international scientific-methodical conferences devoted to the 120th anniversary of L.S.Vygotsky, called "A man in a world of uncertainty: the methodology of cultural and historical knowledge" Location: Russia (Moscow) The CIS countries: Belarus (Minsk or Gomel), Kazakhstan (Astana), Azerbaijan (Baku), Uzbekistan (Tashkent), Armenia (Yerevan). Other countries: France (Paris), Switzerland (Bern), Finland (Helsinki), Germany (Berlin).
Directions and content of the international scientific and methodological conferences and educational events: 1.Cultural-historical psychology and its place in the system of the natural development of science, man and society. 2. Cultural-historical psychology and variability, developmental education. 3. Psychology and Art. 4. Educational policy.
Direction 1. "Cultural-historical psychology and its place in the system of the natural development of science, man and society" Section 1. The general cultural and scientific basis of Vygotsky works. Section 2. Ahead of time: Constructivist ideas in Vygotsky's works. Section 3. Instrumental and genetic method of Vygotsky in Russian psychology. Section 4. Formation of personal identity in the context of activities, mediated by systems of values, cultural norms, and so on. Section 5. The heuristic potential of Vygotsky's concept of higher mental functions. Section 6. Cultural-historical psychology of emotions. Section 7. Consciousness as an issue of cultural-historical psychology. Section 8. The cultural-historical approach L.S. Vygotsky and A.R. Luria as a methodology of neuropsychology and abnormal psychology. Section 9. Cultural-activity methodology of Vygotsky and Leontiev in a modern cognitive psychology: issues and prospects.
Direction 2. “Cultural-historical psychology and variability of developmental education” Section 1. The socio-cultural modernization of education in Russia: system-activity approach to the project of educational systems. Section 2. Direction 3. «Psychology and art» Section 1. Art as a cultural-historical practice. Section 2. The psychology of art of L.S.Vygotsky: from theory to practice. Section 3. Art as the formation of higher mental functions of man.
Direction 4. «Educational policy» Section 1. The ideas of L.S.Vygotsky in the world of educational policy. Section 2. Influence of the methodology of L.S.Vygotsky's on the policy in the sphere of education and science. Section 3. Educational policy: modern times, trends, principles.

The text of a report of 3-7 pages of typewritten text in electronic form (Word editor, the doc format), 1.5 line spacing, size 14, indentation - 1.25; fields: top - 20 mm, bottom - 20 mm, left - 30 mm, right - 15 mm, the size of A4 paper; Font: Times New Roman; for the title of the report - bold, initials and surname (s) of authors - bold, city name and organization - italic body text - the usual. Pages are not numbered. References given at the end of the article, and shall be in accordance with the requirements oа State Standard Specification, cited references to literary sources are made in the course of the text in square brackets, indicating the page citation. The conditions of participation: - Participation in international scientific conferences and educational events dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of LS Vygotsky, free (no registration fee); - Travel and accommodation expenses - at the expense of the sending organization member.
