What xxx Taekwondo Club can do for your Students

Here are some words you might want to use or adapt…

Improve self-esteem people with a good and healthy self-esteem are able to feel good about themselves for who they are, appreciate their own worth, and take pride in their abilities and accomplishments. They also acknowledge that while they’re not perfect and have faults, those faults don’t play an overwhelming or irrationally large role in their lives or their own self-image.

Build confidence confident people inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. Gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success.

Develop self- discipline self-discipline as an invisible magic. You can't see, taste, or smell it, but its effects are huge. It can transform fat into slim, sag into buff, uninformed into expert, poor into rich, misery into happiness.

Self-discipline makes you happier; it gives you that sense of real achievement earned through sheer intensity of sustained focus. -

Teach safety awareness and self-defence by training you to recognise situations in which physical self-defence may be necessary, and teaching you how to control situations to your advantage.

Programmes offered by xxx Taekwondo Club:

KickStars (or whatever you call your toddlers class) is our programme for 4-xx year olds focussing on the ‘FUNdamentals’ of physical literacy.

KickSister is aimed specifically at women and girls aged 14+ to offer them a fitness, fun, safety awareness and introduces some self-defence moves. KickSister provides a soft entry programme into Taekwondo. New KickSisters can join the full club as a Yellow Belt after just 12 weeks.

TKD Generations is the brand name for British Taekwondo's belt grading system. TKD Generations is for anyone that enjoys Taekwondo as a martial art, combat or sparring programme. Students are put through their paces and learn a series of stances, blocks, punches and kicks that enable them to perform Taekwondo at the level that is appropriate and achievable for them.

Talent Transfer while not everyone starts in taekwondo it is certainly a sport that can help athletes achieve at a high level. We recognise the skills gained and the dedication given to create a world class athlete and our club welcomes students from other martial arts who may want to progress to a higher competitive level through Taekwondo. GB Taekwondo hosts regular ‘talent assessment’ days and we would be delighted to work with, and recommend, students that can meet the performance criteria.

Satellite Club whichever programme appeals to you and your students, we will endeavour to support your pupils and students to be the very best they can be and encourage them to continue with their Taekwondo either through a local community club, or by establishing a new satellite club at the school.
