Education training and qualifications:

· 2004-2005: Post Graduate diploma in Multimedia technologies at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh (Pgd Interactive Multimedia). Various group/own projects such as CDROM and web flash applications to support e-learning digital media modules

· 2003-2004 : Bachelor of Sciences Computing 4th year graduate in Napier Merchiston University in Edinburgh (multimedia/Object oriented programming).Honours project consisted into building / designing and implementing an on-line community for artists (musicians, photographs...): section member,forums, news, upload /download sections for members materials...

· 2002-2003: Equivalent to a 3rd year of a computer science specialised in web/graphic design, photography and digital imagery programming at Nice University

· 2000-2002: Equivalent to a 2-year university diploma in computer science in sandwich courses at Nice University

· 1999-2000: Personal works and self taught photography (concentrating mainly on development and SLR shooting techniques)

Professional experience:

· November 2007 to now: Technical Support Analyst for USRobotics. Customer/products support for French/English home users and companies. Window/Mac OS, WAN, LAN, Wireless, router, VPN, network configuration/architecture advices…Help to maintain an up to date documentation for French and English employees

· Summer 2005 to November 2007: IT Remote support engineer Level 1.5 at TWENTY4HELP/Sun Microsystems. Monitoring (Hardware, clusters architecture...) Sun servers of French/UK customers at Sun Microsystems (Linlithgow/Scotland). Back office on Sun machines such as SF_12k/15k, StorEdge series: upgrades, installations... Technology Solstice Disk Suite (SDS)... Translation works for internal knowledge database

· 2004-2005: Staff for a Market research call centre in Accent (Edinburgh) to improve my English skills

· Summer 2003: Trainee as a web & Cd ROM designer in an American foundation “Yorktown Foundation” located in Cannes on the French Riviera. (Website not on-line any more). Worked on French&Englsih Version for each project

· 2000-2002: Sandwich courses within the company AMADEUS located in SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS as a trainee in data processing department oriented in the management and the follow-up of the working staff. Database programming (DB2/VB script. SQL Server). English environment

 Summer 2000: Worked in the computer department of “Galderma R&D” in SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS (France) to create and manage a database for scientific materials

· May 2000: Participation to NOVELL/COMPAQ congress in Nice (staff member of security and packaging service)

Last year school group project : flash applications for e-learning environment, Cd Rom with dynamic content via web server to promote Edinburgh tourism (in charge of navigation Action script and entire graphic design)

Printing/publishing: several flyers for official and unofficial parties in club in Edinburgh (UK) and Nice (Fr). Elaboration of a pilot issue for the magazine (bubble-magazine) in Glasgow (UK). Photo director position and help on main graphic guidelines choices (project in standby at the moment)

Photography: Exhibition during Edinburgh festival 2005 and one month exhibition in December 2005 at the forest cafe
