You have been accepted into the Smithsonian-Mason School of Conservation for Spring 2015. To reserve your seat in the Applied Conservation Strategies or Ecology for Effective Conservation Practices program, you must return this form with a $500 deposit by October 15, 2014. Deposits can be made by:

a. Cash or check. Make checks payable to George Mason University. Include your G number (if already applied to Mason as degree or non-degree) on your check. Mail this form and the chec k to:
