1-YEAR LICENCE AGREEMENT

License agreement for World of Wisdom Horoscope Interpreter, AstroCalendar and/or Astrology for Lovers between: Adrian Duncan (World of Wisdom), 1133 Broadway, suite 706, New York, NY 10010, USA (hereafter named WOW) and [ADD YOUR BUSINESS NAME, YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND WEB ADDRESS

§1 This agreement grants (BUSINESS NAME) the right to use “Horoscope Interpreter”, “AstroCalendar” and/or “Astrology for Lovers” as defined in §3, as a basis for the sale of English language printed interpretations.

§2 a) This agreement covers post order and direct sales of printed reports or sales of PDF files by E-mail only. It is not permitted to sell reports via real-time electronic download on the Internet, although it is permitted to advertise and sell reports via mail order and PDF files on the Internet. Neither may WOW software may be adapted to generate reports from databases for mass-marketing of reports. b) No more than 500 reports per year can be sold with this license. Documentation of sales shall be supplied if requested by WOW (For real-time electronic download of reports and mass-marketing, a special license is required.) d) We request that the price of reports does not deviate more than 20% from the world-of-wisdom.com standard. Reports may not be advertised for sale on auction sites like eBay etc. e) This agreement does not give permission for the use of WOW Astrology for Lovers as part of a Dating Agency service. (Dating Agencies are required to apply for a special license.)

§3 This agreement becomes valid at the time WOW acknowledges receipt of the license fee and have signed the contract. The license fee is as follows (tick appropriate box):

 1-year subscription Horoscope Interpreter: $299.00  1-year subscription Astrology for Lovers: $299.00  1-year subscription AstroCalendar: $299.00  1-year Interpreter + Lovers: $549.00  1-year Interpreter + AstroCalendar: $549.00  1-year Interpreter + Lovers + Calendar: $699.00

§4 This license is for the use of (BUSINESS NAME) alone and cannot be transferred to a third person.
