- Election of Officers - Motion to approve Villari, 2nd Hampton. Unanimously approved.

o Dave Pemberton – Secretary
- Treasurers Report - Balance $5,140.50 – motion to approve Nelson, 2nd Villari. Unanimously approved.
- Dues – Price to remain the same at $55. Motion to approve Barnes, 2nd Frost. Unanimously approved.
- Discussions
o Future of Chapter 6 – membership attendance, participation. How to attract new members. Presentation topics. Next meeting suggestion Construction Staking – Marcus to discuss with Sherwood.
- Denny Purcell request for annual contribution to the MLS Foundation. Motion to donate $1,200 by Villari, 2nd by Pemberton. Approved with 1 dissenting vote.
