Unanimously approved.</p><p> o Mike Nelson – President</p><p> o Lance Frost – Vice President</p><p> o Kelly Jordan – Treasurer</p><p> o Dave Pemberton – Secretary</p><p>- Treasurers Report - Balance $5,140.50 – motion to approve Nelson, 2nd Villari. Unanimously approved.</p><p>- Dues – Price to remain the same at $55. Motion to approve Barnes, 2nd Frost. Unanimously approved.</p><p>- Discussions</p><p> o Future of Chapter 6 – membership attendance, participation. How to attract new members. Presentation topics. Next meeting suggestion Construction Staking – Marcus to discuss with Sherwood.</p><p>- Denny Purcell request for annual contribution to the MLS Foundation. Motion to donate $1,200 by Villari, 2nd by Pemberton. Approved with 1 dissenting vote.</p><p>- Motion to adjourn.</p>
