Many thanks to all of you who helped with our spring show. I am so proud of our Kennel Club and our Show Chairman and his committee. I don’t know what the AKC representative thought of our show, but I hope that Mike had a chance to chat with him. We had our community x-pen’s up and marked for all to use, the dog baths were in use all day Saturday, the venders were many and varied, the grounds were as tidy as I have ever seen them and to top it all off our Judges luncheon was delicious. All of that and the weather was lovely. The trophy table was a work of art. I tried to talk the group winners out of the bowl, but no one wanted to leave it behind with me. The eye clinic was busy all day long and thank you to all that helped with it. Even though we were up against Jubilee, we still had some great publicity. I know that Mike will send his thanks to all of the members that worked so hard. All of you should take a bow, we put on a SHOW. See you on the 16th of May.

The flea and tick season is upon us once again. Use a preventative whether it’s drops or spray. One ingested flea can cause tapeworms. Ticks carry Lyme Disease. Now that the weather has warmed back up, don’t forget, NEVER leave your pet in your vehicle unattended.
