Rules and criteria for the Grundtvig Workshop 2010-1-PL1-GRU13-11607

„ Handmade Jewellery ” 14-21 July 2011 Stowarzyszenie VESUVIO Rzeszów/ Poland

1. Adult learners whose job is related at any aspect of the topic of the workshop “Handmade Jewellery” are not eligible to participate.

2. Teachers and all educational staff are not eligible to participate.

3. The time of sending Application Form is from 15 November 2010 to 28 February 2011. Before and after this period the Application Forms will be rejected.

4. Candidates will be selected by the criteria written in the Application Form / 19 February 2010/ that was approved by Polish NA.

5. In March 2011 the list of approved candidates will be submitted on the website of VESUVIO NGO www.vesuvio.org.pl by the individual code given to each candidate.

6. Selection of the candidates will be done by the commission consisted of the members on the board of VESUVIO NGO + the coordinator of the workshop.

7. Final decision is the last one and any complains will not be taken into account.

8. Confirmation of the approved candidates has to be sent by e-mail [email protected] within 2 weeks after the display.

9. Reserve list will be created. 10. Tickets for the trip to Poland have to be bought by approved candidates with the earlier consultation and agreement of the coordinator of the workshop.

11. Fiscal invoice for the tickets has to be written on this address:

12. The original invoice has to be scanned and sent to VESUVIO NGO just after buying the tickets.

13. Refunds for the tickets will be given in the first day of arrival/ 14 July 2011 in Polish Zloty - PLN according to the rate submitted by Polish National Agency.

14. Refunds of the tickets only on the base of original invoice.

15. Local transport from Polish airport to Rzeszów City will be refunded on the base of the local tickets.

16. Accompanied people of approved candidates are not eligible for the participation in the workshop.
