 Direct responsibility for preparation and control of budgets.  Preparation of club strategic business plans.  Direct management of 25 staff.  Responsible for race day management and preparation of race calendar.  Responsible for all club marketing including Warrnambool Classic/Cup and \Seaside carnival major events.  Directly responsible to board for management of new multi million dollar track upgrade.  Responsible for media liaison and presenting the club in a positive manner.  Introduce and direct manage function centre all catering and bar management.  Introduce and oversee club greyhound products shop  Direct responsibility for all event management. 

Warrnambool Stadium Manager

 Supervised Management and operation of indoor facilities within Warrnambool, comprising of two indoor stadiums and two remote childcare centres.  Provision of financially viable budgets and user friendly annual business plans for all centres, supplemented by marketing activity plans in order to monitor centre program success and feasibility.  Directly responsible for commissioning, initiation and establishment of operational procedures within Warrnambool Stadium including administration/ cash handling and receipting, health and safety and operations in line with Council and Industry standards.  Recruitment, training and leadership of up to twenty seven staff members across the facilities, in addition to a coaching focus of staff, in order to enhance the development of each staff member within their position and beyond where appropriate.

I have been employed in the recreation/racing industry for the past 12 years. I have been actively involved in sporting pursuits for the most part of my life, with a predominant focus on and achievement in football and cricket. I am a team player, team worker and team leader.
