You are going to be researching and creating a PowerPoint on a famous baker or pastry chef. You can choose from the list below or someone else you may have in mind. Only one group can choose a specific baker/pastry chef per class. You will be presenting this information in front of your peers. There will be a vote on what recipe your classmates wish to make after the projects and presentations are complete. The winner of the vote receives 5 extra credit points!

This is the criteria that you MUST include in your project:

- A life’s biography on the pastry chef/baker

- Why they are famous/well perceived as a baker/pastry chef

- Why they decided to go into the pastry field

- What college/training they went through

- How much they make per year/salary

- Examples of their work (pictures of cakes, pies, tarts, etc.)  must be at least 5

- Pictures of your baker/pastry chef  there must be at least 5

- One recipe, made by your baker/pastry chef, which you will be offering to your classmates that will go into the final vote! (having a recipe to hand out to class is worth 5 points!) Each recipe is going to help form a recipe booklet for each student in class.
