(4x5=20) a) What is equity of redemption? b) What is meaning of lease? c) What do you mean by onerous gift? d) What is meaning of easement? e) What do you understand by ostensible owner? f) What is conditional transfer? g) Explain meaning of actionable claim. h) What do you mean by vested and contingent interest? 2. Elaborately discuss meaning of moveable and immoveable property. What is position of soil on land and electricity? (10)

3. Pointing out meaning of transfer of property as understood in the Transfer of Property Act, explain what properties may not be transferred? (10) 4. What do you understand by rule against perpetuity? Discuss its objective and its exceptions. (10)

5. Explain essential elements of sale as it is provided under the Transfer of Property Act and point out difference between sale and hire purchase. (10)

6. Giving illustrations discuss meaning of gift. What is legal position when the gift consists of several properties, some of it disadvantageous to the donee? (10)

7. Discuss under what circumstances an easement is extinguished? Give illustrations. (10) 8. Discuss when a licence is transferable and when licence is deemed to be revoked. (10)
