Proof of eligibility must be received within 48 hours of booking to avoid cancellation of your stay. Please scan and email required documentation to [email protected] and include your file number as a reference.

Terms and Conditions:

 Rate is offered to full time U.S. based Travel Agents and companion up to four (2 Adults/ 2 Children).  Agent Qualifies for 1 room  Availability is based on double occupancy in a standard Club room, upgraded rooms may be available with a supplement.  Single supplement may apply.  Adult is considered age 16 and older.  Discount rates are per person/ per night (land-only).  Membership fees are an additional $30 per person and non-refundable per stay.  Blackout dates may apply  Failure to provide proof of eligibility will result in your stay being cancelled and all monies paid to Club Med will be refunded. Club Med will not be responsible for any airfare costs incurred.  Club Med is not responsible for any airfare penalties or differentials incurred due to the purchase of tickets prior to the confirmation of your Club Med land package.  Airline transportation and ground transfers are the responsibility of the travelers and are not included.  Proof of citizenship and entry requirements / documents are the responsibility of the traveler.  Revisions/ changes of any kind after confirmation are treated as a cancellation and normal cancellation fees and restrictions will apply, see Club Med brochure for details.  Some activities are at an extra charge; activities vary by village.  Not applicable with any other discounts, Future Travel Certificates, or Special Offers.  Subject to change without notice.
