SUBJECT: Scrap Tags

I recently completed an annual visit with Center Industries, our plate manufacturer, located in Wichita. One of the issues we discussed involved the rising cost of shipping scrap tags from counties to Center’s recycling station. In an attempt to reduce costs, we will be looking at ways to consolidate scrap tag shipments, and your input is requested.

Please respond with the method of scrap tag disposal your county uses.

The variety of methods will be reviewed to help determine any changes that need to be made in our current scrap tag disposal methods that would help reduce current, associated costs.
