Diane Albert, PSE II Division of Vehicles</p><p>DATE: August 3, 2004</p><p>SUBJECT: Scrap Tags</p><p>I recently completed an annual visit with Center Industries, our plate manufacturer, located in Wichita. One of the issues we discussed involved the rising cost of shipping scrap tags from counties to Center’s recycling station.
