OPENEYE CM-814 IP PTZ CAMERA

1. SUMMARY

1.01 Camera 1. The OpenEye CM-814 IP PTZ camera shall be an indoor and outdoor camera with an IP66 rated housing to protect against weather. The CM-814 shall have an integrated heater for extreme temperatures as low as -49°F (-45°C). The CM-814 shall come equipped with an IR cut filter for day and night video, and a wide dynamic range (WDR) function for enhanced viewing of high contrast lighting situations.

1.02 Transmission 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall be capable of dual streaming, using MJPEG and H.264 compression methods.

2. SPECIFICATIONS

2.01 SPECIFICATIONS 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a ¼” Sony CCD image sensor. 2. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a Sony Effio Digital Signal Processor (DSP). 3. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an ingress protection (IP) rating equivalent to IP66 against the ingress of dust and moisture. 4. The CM-814 IP camera shall have wide dynamic range (WDR) function for situations with a wide variety of lighting conditions. 5. The CM-814 IP camera shall operate with a minimum illumination of 0.1 lux @ F1.2 in day mode and 0.01 lux @ F1.2 in night mode. 6. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a mechanical IR cut filter that is removed during low light conditions. This shall be referred to as a “True Day/Night” function. 7. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an analog video output. The video output shall use a BNC connector and output a 1.0V (peak to peak) video signal that meets CVBS standards. 8. The CM-814 IP camera’s analog output shall have a 650TVL resolution. 9. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a signal to noise ratio of 50 decibels (dB) or greater. 10. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a vari-focal lens with a length of 3.4mm to 122.4mm for a total optical zoom of 36x. 11. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an auto/manual iris control that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface. 12. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a white balance function that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface. 13. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an auto white balance range from 2,000 Kelvin to 10,000 Kelvin. 14. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a backlight compensation feature that is adjustable through the camera’s web interface.

2.02 PTZ 1. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have an optical zoom equal to 36x. 2. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have a Pan range that is an endless 360 degrees. 3. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have a tilt rage of -10° to 190°. 4. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall support up to 256 preset positions. 5. The preset accuracy shall be within no less than ±0.225°. 6. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have a programmable move speed that shall be 5° per second minimum and 400° per second maximum. 7. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall be capable of storing and recalling 8 pattern (mimic) tours. 8. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall be capable of storing and recalling 8 Tours consisting of stored preset positions. 9. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall be capable of storing and recalling 4 “Auto-scan” tours, consisting of two preset positions that the camera shall scan between. 10. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall support 16 “Privacy Mask” areas. 11. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall support 16 Zone Titles with a maximum of 20 characters for each title. Each view area’s title can be named with a privacy mask ID number for future reference. 12. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have a home setting that the camera shall return to after a user defined amount of time that shall be a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 128 minutes. When the auto-home setting is activated, it shall call a Preset Tour, a Pattern Tour, an Autoscan Tour, or a Preset position. 13. The CM-814 PTZ camera shall have a picture function that shall include an image flip function that can be turned on and off through the camera’s web interface.

2.03 NETWORK 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall be capable of encoding video for network transmission across a LAN or WAN. 2. The CM-814 IP camera shall be capable of encoding video using H.264 and MJPEG compression methods. 3. The CM-814 IP Camera shall be Compliant with the ONVIF® standard for Network Video Transmitters. 4. The CM-814 IP camera shall be capable of dual streaming, or delivering two separately configured video streams at the same time. 5. The CM-814 IP camera shall have a maximum resolution of 720 x 480, equivalent to D1 resolution. 6. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an audio input, and be capable of transmitting audio data with the video stream. 7. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an audio output, and shall be capable of receiving audio through the web interface and playing it through the audio output. 8. The CM-814 IP camera shall have user authentication for secure video transmission, and shall be capable of up to 20 user accounts.

When using the heater the camera requires 24vAC power input. 2. The CM-814 IP camera shall weigh 5.7 pounds, or 2.6 kg. 3. The CM-814 IP camera shall be 7.4 inches across and 11.9 inches high.

2.05 ELECTRICAL 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall operate using a 24vAC power source. 2. The CM-814 IP camera shall use 65 watts max when using the heater and fan. 3. The CM-814 IP camera’s rated amperage shall be 2.7A.

2.06 ENVIRONMENTAL 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall have an operational temperature of -49°F ~ 122°F (-45°C ~ 50°C).

3. SUPPORT

3.01 SUPPORT 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall come with an extensive support structure, including a 1-888 number for technical service, pre and post sales assistance, direct points of contact, and access to online sales and technical support.

2. Technical Support shall be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to all integrators and dealers free of charge.

3.02 WARRANTY 1. The CM-814 IP camera shall come with a 2 year warranty with the first year including advance replacement service.
