Position- Audit Specialist (Operations Auditor) Locations: Primarily Bangalore, India; Penang, Malaysia; Shanghai, PRC; With Singapore/Hong Kong a possibility Number of Openings: 4 Essential Functions An Internal Audit position at Intel provides successful candidates with the opportunity for direct interface with senior management and exposure to the worldwide organizations within Intel. In this position, you will be responsible for:

-Defining expectations for each audit project including audit objectives, initial planning activities, key contacts, and scope of the project -Responsible for the team's successful development of risk assessments, design of audit programs, and completion of integrated audits of key business focus areas such as sales and marketing programs, human resources, procurement, inventory, and others -Reviewing and ensuring comprehensive work papers for planning, risk assessments, and audit testing are completed Influencing and negotiating process improvements with business owners -Assessing the design of controls into new and existing business processes -Ensuring that identified control gaps are resolved -Developing and train department members by sharing key learnings and technical skills and providing individual/team performance feedback for audit projects Qualifications: You must possess an M.B.A. with more than four years of related experience or a Bachelor Degree with more than six years of related experience. CPA (or international equivalent), CIA, CISA and/or CFE is very desirable. Frequent travel to various Intel locations will be required... Essential Functions Client Department Marketing Statement: ISTG designs and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This group is also responsible for e- Commerce development, data hosting and storage, and delivery of Web content and services.

An Internal Audit position provides successful candidates with the opportunity for direct contact with senior management and exposure to Intel's worldwide organization. As an IT Audit Specialist, you may at times act in the role of a team leader, team member, or an individual contributor.

Your responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to: - Planning and completing IT-related risk based assurance reviews and proactive consulting projects - Performing reviews of IT services and business processes, data centers, remote operating sites, network infrastructure, system software, and both externally and internally facing business applications - Conducting risks/controls assessments to facilitate development of both audit work programs and testing plans - Completing and documenting audit work programs and testing in accordance with the IIA's Professional Practice Framework - Representing Internal Audit during continuous monitoring engagements - Performing effective follow-up on Audit recommendations/management action plans to ensure that they are adequately addressed in a timely manner - Effectively communicating with Audit management and clients your project's purpose, status, and observations - Influencing and negotiating both control and process improvements with Audit management and clients - Developing and training other Audit team members by sharing audit and content expertise Qualifications You should possess a degree in a related discipline with at least five years relevant IT experience. Additional qualifications include: - 3+ years IT audit experience desired - Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, and SOX (as they relate to IT controls) - Certification as a CISA, CISP, CIA, or CPA (or in related technical skills) is desired - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid working knowledge of networking, operating systems, systems software, information security, BR/DR, system/project life cycle, and/or change management processes

Position- Internal Audit Investigator

Responsibilities In this position, you will be applying audit, investigative and business knowledge to the examination of allegations of inappropriate activity. You will be participating on and/or managing project teams consisting of HR, HR Legal, Legal, corporate security investigators, and/or external contractors. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Utilizing a combination of audit skills, investigative aptitude, and familiarity with Intel's culture and operating environment to execute audit fieldwork and projects with the objective of proactively identifying and dispositioning conflict of interest, misappropriate of assets, and/or financial fraud issues - Using specialized knowledge to develop and coordinate risk assessments, investigative programs, root cause analysis, and other technical matters - Sharing results and best practices, obtaining benchmarking and indicator data, and training of other audit department staff

Qualifications You must possess an Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Political Science, Psychology or a related fields, or an M.B.A. with more than ten years of auditing/investigative experience, and/or CFE certification. You must be able to travel extensively.

Position- IT Audit Geo Manager

Location: Primarily Bangalore, India; Penang, Malaysia; Shanghai, PRC; With Singapore/Hong Kong a possibility Number of Openings: 1

An Internal Audit position at Intel provides successful candidates with the opportunity for direct interface and influencing of senior management and exposure to the worldwide organizations within Intel.

On a specific project, you will: • Define expectations based upon the audit project type (audit and proactive assurance) including objectives, initial planning activities, key contacts, and scope of the project • Supervise the audit project with responsibility for managing team members’ performance and quality of output to meet the overall project objectives • Leverage in-depth knowledge of key IT focus areas (such as IT services and business processes, data centers, remote operating sites, network infrastructure, system software, both externally and internally facing business applications, etc.) to ensure the team’s successful development of their project’s risk assessments, design of the audit program, and drafting and delivery of the audit report • Review audit work programs and testing documentation to verify that it is produced in accordance with the IIA's Professional Practice Framework • Influence and negotiate process improvements with business owners • Provide recommendations on the design of controls • Ensure that identified control gaps are assigned for resolution • Verify management’s resolution of completed action items • Develop and train team members by sharing audit/content expertise

As an IT Audit Manager for a specific geographic region (AMR, GAR, or GER) you will be responsible for:  Managing Internal Audit’s relationship with key business group(s) that manage our Information Technology (IT), such as ISTG  Maintaining customer contact and the partnering relationship for such focus area(s)  Obtaining and maintaining a broad and in-depth understanding of the business and its external environment, keeping current of new programs or business changes and the relevant risk implications, developing the Annual Audit Plan and POR, coordinating the regional IT Audit approach, partnering with the business group to develop and monitor their risk mitigation strategy (including scorecards and indicators), influencing senior management to focus on key risk areas with data (such as audit results, external/industry benchmarking)  Proactively identifying emerging areas of risk and controls focus based on your understanding of the business, and to partner with the business to address those areas before they become audit findings  Successfully executing all Internal Audit projects within your specified area of responsibility  Developing and using your advanced communication, business acumen, and influencing skills in addition to general skills listed below

Successful candidates will posses advanced proficiency of the fundamental audit competencies (risk management & control, communication, business acumen, influence, problem solving, financial analysis) in addition to demonstrated proficiency of the following competencies:

• Communicates and align goals with key stakeholders. Cultivates channels of communication to keep stakeholders involved. • Builds productive teams utilizing differing skill sets and perspectives, prioritizes team objectives and manages scope, manages and reconciles conflicting team member opinions, takes responsibility for team output including mistakes.

• Solid performance management by setting clear performance expectations that align with individual capabilities/development areas to drive increase results, deals effectively with low- performing team members to increase productivity, incorporates coaching and development into daily team member conversations, uses rewards and recognition methods that are motivating and meaningful to the team.

Education & experience requirements: You should possess a degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of related IT audit experience (at least 3 years of which are managing an IT Audit function). Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, and SOX (as they relate to IT controls). Certification as a CISA, CISP, CIA, or CPA (or in related technical skills) is desired. Solid working knowledge of networking, operating systems, systems software, information security, BR/DR, system/project life cycle, and/or change management processes.
