Item 1: Country external assets and liabilities are published in the International Financial Statistics Yearbook (HG3881 .I626). Record the most recently available year, and then record an earlier year for comparison. Item 2a: Country (Sovereign) credit rating: Available for most countries under the Credit Ratings Lists link at at Standard and Poor's website. Use the first entry under "Foreign currency" since that rating applies to the country's external debt. The site's "Ratings Definitions" link under "Credit Ratings Criteria" provides information to help interpret their credit ratings. Item 2b: Transparency Interntional's Corruption Perceptions Index ranks most country's according to surveys of perceived corruption. Select the most recent year and browse to the table of ratings. Item 2c: Available in the World Bank's Aggregate Governance Indicators Excel spreadsheet Enter your country name in the green box, press enter, then click the tab for the "One Country Data" worksheet to see the percentile estimates for your country in Column C.
