Although not living together, the resident ministers foster a community among themselves through their sharing in meals, in prayer, in work, and in social activities. Their communal life is planned together, as is their ministry to the students on campus. Resident Ministers are responsible for a minimum of 13 hours of weekly service; however, their ministry often demands more time of them.
