What aspect of the session did you like the most or was most beneficial to you? . Meeting the people from different jobs & campuses . Getting Dr. Blue . Dr. Blue’s presentation was stellar. It was very professional and academic and brought us together as a team. I look forward to hearing from Dr. Blue in the future. . The ability to hear from and interact with our district/college leaders . Learning about different peoples’ roles and how all fit into leadership roles. . Breakfast! Our new chancellor and presidents. . Dr. Blue’s vision of the district . Hearing the leadership examples from the speakers . The interaction & approachability of the speakers . The speakers honesty . Dr. Blue & Presidents’ talks . Intimate and not rushed . I enjoyed the presentations – they were all very informative & inspiring. . I really enjoyed hearing from all our district leaders! . Great presenters and facilitators . What makes a good leader – thru the PowerPoint presentation . Leadership examples from both presidents and the chancellor . Speakers’ honesty! . It was nice to hear from our new chancellor . Experiences shared by Dr. Blue . I enjoyed meeting some different people who work for the district . The presentation from Dr. Hioco & Dr. Azari with regard to “How Not to Lead” was great. . Gave me a push to getting more involved with my crew. . The panel was great! Also I enjoyed meeting my colleagues some of whom I knew only by name.

Leadership State Center, Class X 1 7-23-10 Meeting, Evaluation Results What suggestions do you have for improvement? . I was a little confused by the leadership myths presentation. I didn’t readily understand the presentation. The discussion was beneficial but I would have organized/presented it more clearly. . None yet. Thought it went very well. . Copies of all presentations passed out to participants . A break closer to the middle of the session . This opening session was very comprehensive on the topic of leadership . Another break . Everything was good. . Other comments you would like to make: . I think it would be great to have a leadership class reunion and maybe panel presentation by members of past classes – how they’ve used the materials, opportunities for growth within the district, etc. . Very informative and I look forward to the rest of the class sessions. . I really enjoyed the morning and look forward to the next . Enjoyed the speakers . I am happy to attend
