3. Interested parties who have clear title of property may submit their offer under 2 covers Super scribed as “TECHNICAL BID” and “PRICE BID” respectively. 4. Cost of the bid amount is Rs.500/- which is non refundable. The amount should be remitted by way of demand draft favouring ‘Vijaya Bank’ and payable at Kozhikode.
