Meeting Purposes:  Celebrate progress to date  Understand “hot topics” in early learning at a deeper level  Provide a venue for peer learning  Strategize for the upcoming year

9:15- 2012 Recap and Looking  Reflect on the growth and progress of the 10:00 to the Future coalitions  Provide ELRC’s with an opportunity to engage with leadership at Thrive and DEL

11:30- Reflections  Discuss how the ELRC’s are engaging in this Noon work  Participants that couldn’t attend other sessions get a high level feel for the discussion, understand where the momentum is for 2013

12:00- Using the Right Drivers  Explore some of the current “givens” in our 12:15 for Change context (Lunch Conversation)  Identify what we can/must do to augment what 11-15-12 ELRC Statewide Meeting Agenda

12:15- Lunch 1:00 1:00-1:45 Using the Right Drivers  Acknowledge the critical role capacity building for Change plays in achieving success (continued)  Frame the article by Michael Fullan and build bridges between the main themes and the work of the ELRC’s

1:45-3:00 Breakout Session  Explore how/whether the proposed changes to (participan State-Local Coordination state-local coordination will effect ELRC’s ts choose  Identify proposed changes one session for Breakout Session  Familiarize participants with the RETOC this block Racial Equity Theory of process to date of time) Change  Discuss the role of Thrive by Five in promoting Race Equity  Understand how peers plan to advance racial equity
