Here are some minor repairs needed around Church:

 repair the changing table in the women's bathroom  weed the flower beds  clean up the play area behind church  clean the kitchen venetian blinds  install a light switch in fellowship hall  trim the hedges  put up wallboard in the church office  repair ceiling wall paper over the altar

See Pastor Nearhood if you can help with any of these minor repairs.

Special Prayer Requests: If you have any special prayer requests please let the church office know.

Please keep the Klein family in your prayers. Dean is in Iraq and Michelle and the children are in MN. Also keep John Weiss in your prayers as he travels and attends school in the States. And finally those in our congregation who are traveling this summer: Andi Nakasone, Weiss Family, Heidi & Kara Morris, Cindy & Emily VanNortwick, and others.

Cooking Class The cooking class will meet again in August for a visit to a beautiful garden. More information will be in the August newsletter. I would like to thank the wonderful ladies of the congregation for the great fun and learning experiences we are sharing each month. (Karen)
