Prince of Peace Preschool 2016 Fall Enrollment Info

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE: Registration fee is paid once each year to cover the cost of initial supplies, special projects and our school T-shirt. The registration fee for all classes is $175.

MONTHLY TUITION COSTS: The total cost of tuition for August through May is divided into 10 equal payments for your convenience.

Package A: This package is designed for the children of working parents. It covers the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm at a reduced hourly cost. The prices for this package are as follows: Five day enrollment for all day: $810 Four day enrollment for all day $685 Three day enrollment for all day: $560 Two day enrollment for all day: $415 Package B: This package covers the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm. It includes Preschool class until 12 Noon, lunchtime, enrichment or nap, and snack. The prices for this package are as follows: Five day enrollment, 9am – 3pm $680 Four day enrollment, 9am – 3pm $575 Three day enrollment, 9am – 3pm $435 Two day enrollment, 9am – 3pm $345 Package C: This package covers the Preschool hours of 9:00am to 12 Noon. The prices for this package are as follows: Five day enrollment, 9am – 12pm $420 Four day enrollment, 9am – 12pm $360 Three day enrollment, 9am – 12pm $295 Two day enrollment, 9am – 12pm $235

EXTENDED HOURS: A rate of $6.50 per hour will be charged for extended hours beyond your package time.

ADDITIONAL CHILDREN: Families who register multiple children will receive a 10% discount for every other child enrolled i.e. a family enrolling 3 children will receive one 10% discount whereas a family enrolling 4 children will receive two 10% discounts.

PRINCE OF PEACE CHURCH MEMBER DISCOUNT: All official church members will receive a flat 10% reduction on monthly tuition fees. This discount is given to active members – baptized or confirmed members who have officially joined at least 4 months prior to registration and are involved through frequent family attendance at Sunday worship, parental involvement in study and fellowship opportunities, children’s enrollment and regular attendance in Sunday School, and regular contributions of time and money. Increased regular church involvement may provide eligibility for an additional 5-10% discount.

TUITION PAYMENT: School policy requires the first month’s tuition be paid on July 1, 2015. This payment reserves your child’s place and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Subsequent monthly tuitions will be due on the 1st of each month for the following month. i.e. October’s tuition is due September 1st. The last payment will be on April 1, 2016. To attend this school year, child must turn 2 on or before September 1, 2016. Child must wait until 2 year birthday to start school, yet tuition is due in full beginning July 1, 2016. **Prince of Peace Preschool reserves the right to change or cancel classes based on class size or to make any other changes.**

REGISTRATION FOR FALL ENROLLMENT: Please return the signed and completed form with registration payment attached, to the school office. Currently enrolled students, siblings of students, and Prince of Peace Church member’s children will have fall placement priority if forms have been received by February 1, 2016.
