On behalf of the International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC), I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous support of our 5th Annual conference. Your sponsorship and recognition of the IAAHPC is vital to our mission of promoting enhanced animal end-of-life care. The conference is scheduled to take place October 1-4, 2015 in San Diego, CA. Below is your information regarding the distribution of payment and materials for your sponsorship commitment.
If you haven’t done so in years past, please send me a digital copy of your logo to [email protected] by September 1st.
Please make your sponsorship check payable to IAAHPC and send it, along with a copy of this letter, by September 1st to:

Products and materials you would like to have shipped before the conference dates can be sent to our conference location. We anticipate around 250 attendees.

HANDLING FEES: Should you ship boxes or pallets to the hotel for your meeting, they must be addressed with:
The name and date of your function The individual within group who will be signing and accepting financial responsibility on behalf of the group The name of the Event Manager for your group Handling charges apply to all shipments (incoming and outgoing): Boxes: $10.00 per box Pallets: $75.00 per pallet
Handling fees must be paid on arrival
The hotel requests that shipments not arrive any earlier than three (3) days prior to the group’s arrival (October 1, 2015). There will be a $20.00 per day storage fee for any shipments arriving more than (3) days prior to the group’s arrival. There will be a $20.00 per day storage fee for any shipments at the hotel after (3) days post conference end date (October 4, 2015).
We cannot accept COD’s, unpacked or unlabeled items.
Booth space – those of you at the sponsorship level of $600 or higher will be provided a table/booth. This will be a 6’ table with linens. Banners must be self-standing and may not be hung from the walls. Electricity can be provided for those who need it. If you have opted to have a poster instead, the deadline for the poster design in pdf format is August 1st. Our team will handle printing from there. Art. If you are unable to design your own poster, please send product images, along with descriptions, via a zip file to me.
