There will be a $20.00 per day storage fee for any shipments arriving more than (3) days prior to the group’s arrival. There will be a $20.00 per day storage fee for any shipments at the hotel after (3) days post conference end date (October 4, 2015).</p><p>We cannot accept COD’s, unpacked or unlabeled items.</p><p>Booth space – those of you at the sponsorship level of $600 or higher will be provided a table/booth. This will be a 6’ table with linens. Banners must be self-standing and may not be hung from the walls. Electricity can be provided for those who need it. If you have opted to have a poster instead, the deadline for the poster design in pdf format is August 1st. Our team will handle printing from there. Art.
