Sub : Sealed quotations for the repair of the student benches / Work Tables

Sealed quotations are invited for the repair of the student benches and work tables at our Wazir-Pur campus-I , Delhi . Details of the work to be carried out for the repair of the tables is as follows : 1) Replacement of table top : 6 x 3 foot 18 mm ISI mark Ply with 1 mm laminate sun mica 2) Wooden back : 9 Inches x 4 foot 18 mm ISI mark Ply with 1 mm laminate sun mica 3) Reading Top : 4 x 1 foot 18 mm ISI mark Ply with 1 mm laminate sun mica 4) Wooden Seat : 3 x 1 foot wooden piece with 1 inch thickness 5) Wooden back : 3 x 1 foot wooden piece with 1 inch thickness 6) Wooden Top : 3.5 foot x 15 inch x 18 mm thick 7) Welding Work : Welding work is to be carried out on the above student benches 8) Benches : Benches to be repaired with our existing wooden seats a) Charges for the repair work without any welding work b) Charges of the repair work with welding work . 9) Chair Top : Chair top handle with laminating sheet with PVC tape on periphery

Suppliers had to quote for the above mentioned work in the enclosed format duly signed and stamped inclusive of all the materials required for repair work , suppliers can visit the campus-I on any working day from 09.00 to 05.00 pm for the inspection of the benches .Please mention TIN NO / Service tax of the firm with all the terms & conditions. Only electrical supply for Welding, Drilling etc will be provided by DITE. All the items such as welding M/c, Drilling M/c, Hand Tools and all other consumable tools and items will be brought by the bidder. Lowest bidder will be decided on consolidated basis for each item as mentioned in the prescribed format. TDS / ESI will be deducted from labor charges as per actual. Quotation for the above mentioned work in the format enclosed in sealed envelope should reach at “ Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, Govt of NCT of Delhi, Wazirpur Campus- I , Delhi-10052 super scribed with “ Quotation for repair of Student Benches “ . Last date for the receipt of the sealed quotation is 04th January 2016 till 01.00 PM. Quotations will be opened on 04th January 2016 at 04.00 pm at Campus-I in the presence of the committee members. The bidders are requested to be present at the above mentioned date and time of the opening of the bids.
