JOMC 740 SCHEDULE - Ekstrand Our readings and general schedule are below. Please follow sakai for more detailed instructions and be on the lookout for revisions or changes to this. We will be changing this as we work together as a group and recognize particular group needs and adjustments. Let’s be conscientious and moderately flexible together. (Sept. 6) Week 3 Basic First Amendment Doctrine -Go over Fuller and Frank -Briefing a Case -Introduction to Basic FA Doctrine

Assignment for Week 4: -Read Packingham and brief it. Be prepared to discuss it. -Start thinking about your topic. -READ Trager, Chapters 2 & 3
