Question #1: "Can you please clarify the following requirement from the "Summary" on Page 3: Proposals are requested as a separate proposal for each Cherokee Nation group identified in this RFP and also as a combined proposal for all groups. Does this mean that you would like vendors to submit separate proposals for: A) Drug and Alcohol Testing for DOT Safety Sensitive Positions and B) Drug and Alcohol Testing for Non-DOT Positions and/or can a vendor submit one proposal that explains their proposed solution for all groups of employees that would be covered under the Contract?"
Answer #1: One proposal that explains proposed solution for all groups as well as separate proposals for each entity, i.e., Cherokee Nation and Cherokee Nation Businesses.
Question #2: "What vendor currently provides these services?"
Answer #2: That information is not part of this RFP.
Question #3: "What are the prices currently contracted for these services?"

Question #4: "Can you please provide additional information regarding Attachment B: Indian Preference Policy? E.g. are TERO certified firms granted a specific percentage preference over Non-TERO certified firms?"
Answer #4: As per the outline in the RFP, Cherokee preference and Indian Preference will be given to those firms that are certified as Cherokee owned and Indian owned by the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) and furnish a current certificate with their proposal. For further information regarding TERO certification, contact Jon Overacker or Tammy Beaver in the TERO Office at 918-453-5000. TERO certified firms will receive additional points in the evaluation process. Question #5: "What are the locations of the current collection sites utilized?"
Answer #5: Cherokee Nation Tribal Complex and City Hospital, Tahlequah, Oklahoma; however, collections are made throughout the 14-county jurisdictional area, various locations in the State of Oklahoma, and occasionally out-of-state. The current vendor has one lab; however, coordinates additional collection sites as needed.
Question #6: "Can you please provide the total testing volumes from the past year in each of the following categories?
