REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Submissions for contractor prequalification will be received by The University of Mississippi, Office of the Director of Procurement Services, 164_Jeanette Phillips Drive, P.O. Box 1848, University, MS 38677, until 2:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, September 8, 2016.

Request For Qualifications and Contract Documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Contractors are required to register and order documents at www.eleyguildhardyprojects.com. Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All Contractors are required to have a valid email address for registration. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Online Plan Room Support at (662) 407-0193.
A meeting will be held for Contractors that would like to discuss the project prior to submission date on August 23, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room of the John W. White Facilities Management Building, 700 Hathorn Road, University, MS. University parking permits are required for all attendees. Information about the permits and a link to purchase them are available at http://www.olemiss.edu/parking/visitors.html.
Submission will be in accordance with Request for Qualifications Document. This is NOT a request for bids/pricing. Contractors who are prequalified under this process will be requested to submit sealed bids in a separately advertised Request for Bids. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
Sealed documents must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number. Envelope containing proposal must be sealed, marked, and addressed as follows:
