Contractors are required to register and order documents at www.eleyguildhardyprojects.com. Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. White Facilities Management Building, 700 Hathorn Road, University, MS. University parking permits are required for all attendees. Information about the permits and a link to purchase them are available at http://www.olemiss.edu/parking/visitors.html.</p><p>Submission will be in accordance with Request for Qualifications Document. This is NOT a request for bids/pricing. Contractors who are prequalified under this process will be requested to submit sealed bids in a separately advertised Request for Bids. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.</p><p>Sealed documents must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number.
